This is my fourth pregnancy and I usually just get a cheap prenatal from the grocery store and hope they are doing what they are supposed to do. Every pregnancy I have had low iron and I struggle with a groggy fog brain and am just in la la land. I got this and I take an extra iron supplement it has made a world of difference. I am not in such a pregnancy fog and I feel way more energized. It tastes fantastic too. I love that it is a liquid. I just want to drink the whole bottle like its juice. I am so grateful for this prenatal and the “new” life it’s given me.
